Request for Expression of Interest for hiring of Consultants for videography and art work, under the Ocean Partnership Project (TF 018233)

The Bay of Bengal Programme Inter-Governmental Organisation (BOBP-IGO) has received a grant from the World Bank for the implementation of the Ocean Partnership for Sustainable Fisheries and Biodiversity Conservation – Models for Innovation and Reform: Bay of Bengal Project (TF 018233) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for preparation of knowledge products, such as video documentaries, posters, awareness material, etc. The BOBP-IGO now invites eligible personnel (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the Services in the following areas: (i) Videography; (ii) Art work (drawing/painting).  Interested Consultants should send an email to admin@bobabnj.org with short resume, electronic copies of supporting documents and expected hiring charges within 15 days of publication of this notice (on or before 18-07-2016). The assignment will be on “As and when required basis”. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the QCBS (Quality and Cost Based Selection) method set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011 ("Consultant Guidelines").
